As a customer, you have your contact information registered with us so that we can deliver the Products to you by the applicable agreement. To process this information by current law and meet the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare\u2019s requirements, we use encrypted patient record systems in everyday clinical practice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>NEM collects information about you as a customer to process your purchase, create and improve the business relationship, collect declaration of interest, marketing, statistical purposes, invoicing, as a basis according to the Swedish Accounting Act, and to identify you and to be able to offer you as an individual the best possible care based on your patient data.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>The processing of sensitive personal data, such as patient data, only takes place after you share this personal data with us. This personal information may be obtained by NEM orally, in writing, and when using NEM\u2019s Products. As a client, you give us the right to process this personal data through your consent of the End User License Agreement and this Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>We use subcontractors to increase the security of the processing of your personal data. As a private healthcare provider, we are obliged to follow the same secrecy and duty of confidentiality as public healthcare. As a result, we have established routines for handling sensitive and confidential personal data in accordance with GDPR and the Swedish Patient Data Act. Behandlingen av dina personuppgifter vid s\u00e5dant som lagring och strukturering sker i system som \u00e4r krypterade.<\/li><li><strong>Var behandlar vi dina personuppgifter? <br \/><\/strong>Vi str\u00e4var alltid efter att dina personuppgifter ska behandlas inom EU\/EES men ibland \u00e4r det inte m\u00f6jligt.<p>F\u00f6r vissa IT-st\u00f6d och underleverant\u00f6r kan uppgifterna \u00f6verf\u00f6ras till ett land utanf\u00f6r EU\/EES. Du har ocks\u00e5 r\u00e4tt att sp\u00e4rra dina journaluppgifter, s\u00e5 att de inte f\u00f6rs vidare till n\u00e5gon annan v\u00e5rdgivare och du har r\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 avvikande meningar noterade i din patientjournal hos oss.<\/p><p>Det kan finnas omst\u00e4ndigheter som medf\u00f6r att information inte kan l\u00e4mnas ut, till exempel p\u00e5 grund av best\u00e4mmelser i annan lagstiftning eller att ett utl\u00e4mnande av informationen medf\u00f6r nackdelar f\u00f6r andra. Vi kan \u00e4ven i vissa fall \u00e4ven v\u00e4gra att tillhandah\u00e5lla en kopia p\u00e5 uppgifterna, till exempel om du som registrerad g\u00f6r s\u00e5 kallade ogrundade eller orimliga beg\u00e4randen, till exempel beg\u00e4r att f\u00e5 tillg\u00e5ng ett flertal g\u00e5nger under kort tid.<\/p><p><strong>8.2 R\u00e4tt till r\u00e4ttelse\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <br \/><\/strong>Du har r\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 felaktiga uppgifter r\u00e4ttade. Det inneb\u00e4r att du som registrerad har r\u00e4tt att komplettera med s\u00e5dana personuppgifter som saknas och som \u00e4r relevanta med h\u00e4nsyn till \u00e4ndam\u00e5let med personuppgiftsbehandlingen. Om uppgifter i en journalanteckning \u00e4r oriktiga eller missvisande ska det antecknas i patientjournalen. Denna s\u00e5 kallade avvikande mening ska antecknas i journalen. Det inneb\u00e4r inte en r\u00e4tt f\u00f6r patienten att sj\u00e4lv skriva i sin patientjournal eller best\u00e4mma vad som ska st\u00e5 i den. En patient har ingen r\u00e4tt att f\u00f6ra in ytterligare uppgifter, om inte den som \u00e4r ansvarig f\u00f6r journalf\u00f6ringen till\u00e5ter detta.<\/p><p><strong>8.3 R\u00e4tt till radering\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <br \/><\/strong>I vissa situationer har du r\u00e4tt att be om att f\u00e5 dina personuppgifter raderade (\u201dr\u00e4tten att bli gl\u00f6md\u201d), till exempel om dina personuppgifter behandlas i strid med dataskyddsf\u00f6rordningen (EU 2016\/679) eller annan lagstiftning. Du kan dock inte f\u00e5 dina personuppgifter raderade om det finns r\u00e4ttsliga skyldigheter eller r\u00e4ttigheter f\u00f6r Nordic Executive Medicine AB att beh\u00e5lla personuppgifterna.<\/p><p><strong>8.4 R\u00e4tt till begr\u00e4nsning\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <br \/><\/strong>Du har r\u00e4tt att beg\u00e4ra att v\u00e5r behandling av dina personuppgifter begr\u00e4nsas.
