We integrate cutting-edge medical and scientific knowledge, state-of-the-art health data analytics, and personalized Action Plans to deliver the highest-quality services.

By proactively preventing age-related disease and promoting healthy longevity for our clients, we empower people to live longer and healthier lives.

This is achieved by:

  • Proper organizational management, along with established quality objectives and defined responsibilities for their fulfillment.
  • Establishing, applying, maintaining, and continually improving the effectiveness of our Quality Management System in compliance with applicable regulations and internationally recognized standards relevant to private healthcare providers.
  • Utilizing the Quality Management System to provide information on planned processes, procedures, and activities. This information detects, corrects, and prevents errors and non-conformities, achieving continuous improvement.
  • A strong commitment to continuously increasing the quality of our products and services to exceed customer expectations.
  • Tracking and applying new technologies and educating employees.
  • All key contractors and suppliers shall be carefully selected and regularly assessed.
  • Each product at NEM Health shall be developed and produced to the highest quality, especially in terms of safety and effectiveness, and shall fulfill the product and statutory requirements.
  • The Risk Management Plan and Risk Analysis shall regularly be updated based on Corrective and Preventive Actions, Post Market Surveillance, and Vigilance data.

NEM aims to deliver outstanding client care, uphold the highest safety standards, and comply with national and international laws. Our operations are grounded in science and proven experience, emphasizing quality, security, and continuity while respecting individual autonomy. We prioritize effective communication, accessibility, and ethical principles in our services. NEM adopts an evidence-based approach to clinical practice and stays abreast of research developments. Our quality objectives are outlined in our Quality Manual, and the CEO is responsible for communicating the Quality Policy to all personnel, making it publicly accessible.
